Q: How much do shipping cost to ....?
A: Shipping costs are calculated automatically on checkout, each item have a different weight and volume and shipping costs are calculated on this weight and volume, to see what the shipping costs are for your order just add any item to the shopping basket and just before you confirm the order all shipping options will be available for you to choose with their individual costs displayed.
Q: Can I collect my order?

A: Each product have their own warranties, you can get the warranty period off the manufacturer's website.
Q: Are your products new?
A: Yes unless otherwize indicated.
Q: Do you ship outside South Africa?
A: Yes but contact us first to quote on shipping costs.
Q: My order have not arrived yet, how long will it still take?
A: Please contact the authority that you selected as your shipping method, we are an indipendant body that operates outside of that organization, use the contact details we provided and give them your tracking or waybill numbers, they will be bale to give you immediate feedback.
Q: What are the different shipping options available?
A: Collection, Delivery, Post Office and Courier.
Q: I received my order but the product looks like it have been opened.
A: In some cases we open and test the product to ensure you receive a working product, due to mass manufacturing it does happen that new products are Dead on Arrival and we try to make things easier for you be checking that it works 100%, we don't do this with every item we sell but do random checks.
